Green tea Lemonade recipe for weight loss as follows

Ingredients

1 liter of water

2 lemons or limes

4 bags of green tea

2 tablespoons of organic pure honey (50 g)

1 tablespoon of fresh ginger (10g)

How to prepare it?

Put a liter of water in a pot and put it to boil over high heat.

Meanwhile, wash the lemons and grate a little of its shell then add to the boiling water. Squeeze the lemons and reserve the juice for later.

Let the infusion of lemon peel boil for 5 minutes on low heat.

After this time, put off the stove and add the green tea bags and ginger.

Cover it well and leave it to sit for another 10 minutes.

Then, add the lemon juice and honey.

Put the lemonade in the refrigerator for two hours or until chilled.

When ready, pass it through a sieve and drink it. You can enjoy this delicious drink two or three times a day. Doing this regularly in a week will ensure you reach the targeted weight loss.

The Mediterranean diet is the traditional diet that has a more scientific backing  and we all know what it is: a high intake of fruits, vegetables, fish, whole grains, legumes and olive oil, and low in red meat, sugar and saturated fats . But also an important component is exercise.

Since it is the diet that was used in our country until not long ago , it is very easy to follow.  But keep in mind that what we now understand as “Mediterranean diet” does not always correspond to what scientists understand how such .

Many research has been done on nutrition and health worldwide- has been scientifically proven that the Mediterranean diet enriched with nuts and extra virgin olive oil reduces by 30% the risk of myocardial infarction, of stroke or cardiovascular death.

These are the main diet guidelines:

  • Total fat intake should be less than 35% of the energy consumed, and saturated fats may not exceed 8%.
  • You should eat chicken or fish twice a week.
  • They can take up to seven eggs a week.
  • It should be consumed daily milk, cheese or yogurt.
  • Red meat can only be consumed once or twice per week.
  • You can be consumed one or two glasses of wine a day.

This could be a daily menu:

Breakfast

  • A latte.
  • A slice of bread with olive oil.
  • A glass of orange juice.

Appetizer

  • A piece of fruit.

Food

  • Stewed Lentils.
  • Meatballs with peas and carrots.
  • Strawberries and cream.

Snack

  • Fresh cheese with honey.

Dinner

  • Mixed salad.
  • Baked fish with baked potato.
  • A yogurt.

Pineapple Diet

The diet is to mix some fresh pineapple in each of the meals , as the rest of the food that is eaten is solely animal protein , which is hard to break for energy by the body, causing it to center in obtaining energy from stored fat.

On the other hand, it is advisable to drink plenty of water to help the diuretic process, not physical exercise in large quantities , because, cost the body to get energy, could take to dizziness and other problems.

Clarified these points, our recommendation is as follows:

  1. Breakfast: Breakfast can be served toasted whole-meal bread accompanied by two slices of pineapple. The whole wheat toast will serve to give the body some energy to start the day.
  2. Lunch: Make fresh pineapple juice and take it. A very good option at this point is to keep some juice to consume during the day gradually.
  3. Food: You can choose between 200 grams of turkey breast or 200 grams of tuna, and in the end, two or three slices of fresh pineapple.
  4. Snack: The best thing would be to take two slices of pineapple, but if you’re already tired of so much pineapple, you can substitute a nonfat yogurt pineapple.
  5. Dinner: A salad with diced chicken or a can of tuna is naturally the most recommended dinner. Of course, the dessert will consist of two or three slices of pineapple.

With these meals over three to five days, you get to reduce your weight about five kilos , so you have an ideal weight the day you have to go to that important meeting … and then back your usual diet !

As you see, the  pineapple diet  makes some sense if you want to reduce weight in a timely manner to assist, for example, to an event. Obviously, we do not recommend that you keep this diet for many days. But, if you want to shed a few kilos in a short time and are willing to take these nutritional deficiencies that we mentioned a few days, you can taste it .
